Brightpearl's 'serial returners' research scores big with journalists

Retail tech company Brightpearl just published a ground-breaking report that examines attitudes to Amazon's recent decision to penalize shoppers who abuse its merchandise returns policies.

One of the most notable, and perhaps surprising, results from this survey is the extent to which shoppers and retailers agree that the problem of chronic serial returners needs to be tackled. However, whether retailers are being clear enough with consumers about how they will do this remains a point of contention.
