ServiceTick debuts on the Deloitte UK Tech Fast50
The guys at ServiceTick are well chuffed that they've made it onto the Deloitte UK Technology Fast50. And so they should: it's quite an accomplishment to show 600% revenue growth over five years. Well done!
ServiceTick is one of the leading providers of post-call interactive voice response (IVR) survey solutions in the UK. ServiceTick IVR surveys are easy to set up and provide a cost-effective method of collecting real-time customer feedback.
What can you do with post-call IVR? Here's an example of ServiceTick in action. Consumer champion Which? has named Kent Reliance as best savings account provider for customer service in its latest satisfaction survey. Which? Money asked 6,384 people about their experiences with their current providers and Kent Reliance topped the table — ahead of perennial winner First Direct and 41 other savings account providers.
ServiceTick has been providing post-call IVR surveys for Kent Reliance since the beginning of 2014. With 25,000 pieces of feedback received, the bank has been able to identify and prioritise areas for improvement, leading to improved quality of service for customers.
Stephen Plimmer, head of customer strategy and insight at Kent Reliance, had this to say about how IVR helped them get there: “ServiceTick has made it so much easier for us to engage with our customers and act on their feedback. By responding to the issues that our customers feel most strongly about we’ve been able to offer them a service that is best in class. The fact that this has been recognised with an accolade from Which? is the icing on the cake.”
My primary focus has been on their SessionCam product, which is also going gangbusters. The popularity of SessionCam is being driven by the need for businesses to better understand how they can improve their websites. And while classic website analytics can tell you what is happening on your website, it's not so good at telling you why — for this, you need session replay technology like SessionCam.
Look out for more good news from ServiceTick and SessionCam in the months ahead!
